HYPE Fitness is an intense circuit that involves Kickboxing, Battle ropes, TRX, Kettle bells and so much more. We offer large group classes, small group classes, and also one-on-one personal training. He purposely chooses exercises that work multiple large muscle groups at once for a smarter total body workout. During these workouts, he tailors the exercises to meet individual needs and goals. Hype has an awesome trainer and atmosphere! Each day is different and you never know what to expect. I look forward to going to the gym everyday and not a lot of people can say that. Everyone is there for the same reason and Jordan is extremely motivating. It is a must try if you haven’t already!!
